We were over the moon at the start of the month to hear that we were in the TOP 5 RATED GARAGES in the whole of the Good Garage Scheme. This acknowledges our ongoing objective to provide 100% customer satisfaction and become a 'Golden Garage'.

The feedback they received that prompted this achievement is posted below.......

I don't think I have ever written a recommendation before, but the sheer quality of the service I got at Kent Car Craft certainly warrants not only a comment but a glowing one. In brief, I live part time in Los Angeles and have a vintage (ish) Mercedes at my parents house near Broadstairs. I was coming back to Europe for the summer and needed the car getting a general health check and MOT. While I was in LA, they collected the car from my parents and gave it the love and attention it deserved. At all times they communicated with me via email on what needed and what the cost was. I landed at Heathrow and went straight to the garage to pick up the fully ready and fully serviced car. I then drove 1000 happy miles across Europe with no sniff of trouble. I can't recommend these guys highly enough. Incredible. 19/07/11
