Where we started

Kent Car Craft is a family run vehicle repair garage in Broadstairs, founded by Owen Forrest in 2007. The business started out in a small workshop in Ramsgate, but moved over to it’s current site in 2011.

Experienced staff

Our technicians have 40 years+ combined experience and are registered with the IMI, so you can be assured your vehicle is in the best hands.

Facilities

We provide a comfortable customer waiting area with free Wi-Fi and refreshments so you can stay connected while you wait.

Pick-up and Delivery

Although many of our customers bring their vehicles to us, we can also pick up and deliver vehicles where possible. Furthermore we can also arrange a courtesy vehicle or breakdown recovery if needed.

Transparent Pricing

Initially our Service Adviser will send your estimate via email, phonecall or social media messaging so you have an accurate total cost. In addition we will then seek authorisation from you if we advise any additional work to be carried out, before progressing any further, so there are no surprises on your final invoice.

Keeping you Informed

We can call, email and text to help remind you of key dates such as your MOT and keep you updated at every stage of a job . We also feel it is our duty to provide a service to our local community via:

We source high quality components at competitive rates. To further provide you with peace of mind, in addition our parts are guaranteed for a year. If you have any questions at all about our guarantee to customers then please let us know; we’ll be happy to advise you without obligation to use our services.

National Warranty

You may not be aware that we can service your car without invalidating your manufacturer’s warranty and all parts we use are guaranteed for at least 12 months.

Accountability

The team self-audit our work out of choice, but are also regulated by Motor Codes – the government-backed, self-regulatory body for the motor industry – in order to ensure we are committed to maintaining high standards.

We are also regulated by the Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI), Retail Motor Industry Federation (RMI), Independent Garage Association (IGA) and Automobile Association (AA), who support members in delivering help and promoting best practice.
